ALL ABOUT MOTORCYCLE CDI
I. Digital CDI Glance
Technological developments in motorcycle engine mechanical has been very rapid progress, but not comparable to the development of electronic engine controls. With the concept of Digital all controlled devices will be more precise.
Therefore, we have been doing research for many years and developed a CDI ignition system (Capacitance Discharge Ignition) technology based on Digital.
Digital CDI we developed in cooperation with the world's largest companies for the microcontroller (microchip computer) that is Phillips Semiconductor.
Digital CDI is a CDI ignition system is controlled by a microcomputer to Ignition Timing (ignition time) produced a very precise and stable up to high RPM. The result is more complete combustion and reduced fuel consumption and the energy produced would be very stable and large ranging from low spin to high spin. With Digital CDI, the resulting emissions are also very low which is why we also call
Digital technology CDI GREEN us with CDI (CDI Green
= Environmentally friendly).
Hyper Band Digital CDI is the first development of digital-based ignition curve is programmed to produce a very wide powerband to more than 20,000 rpm without any limitation (limiter).
Digital CDI Dual Band is the second development Digital CDI we created for the purposes of the Standard, Tune Up, Racing and competition. Dual Band technology, we combine all the needs of motorcycle usage:
"Standard & Tune Up, Tune Up & Racing and Racing & Competition".
CDI Dual Band consists of two ignition curves permanently programmed and adapted to the needs of the above. Ignition curves were made based on the results of research and experiments carried out systematically by race team "Star Racing Team (BRT)".
CDI Dual Band also embraced technology Hyper Band (without limiter) and equipped ALVP (Automatic Low Voltage Protection) to prevent fatal damage due to low supply voltage (accu overdrawn).
CDI Dual Band is very useful for motorcycle enthusiasts who adapted to the needs.
Mostly the CDI Dual Band consists of several applications, as follows:
1. Standard and Tune Up (ST).
2. Tune Up and Racing (SR).
3. Racing and Competition (RC).
In the application CDI Racing and Dual Band Competition
can be combined with a Digital Smart Box.
II. CDI BRT Benefits
Advantages of using BRT CDI is as follows:
1. Horsepower (Horse Power) will increase to 20%. *
2. Improve response and acceleration. **
3. Power band width increases up to 2000 RPM.
4. Efficient use of battery / AKI by 30%.
5. Save fuel up to 29. 0 %.***

III. Quality Assurance
All products BRT CDI has 100% through TEST SECURITY Charging method for 8 hours at

VI. Installation Instructions
There are several things that must be considered at the time of installation of Digital DC CDI as follows:
a. Check and make sure the voltage Accu 12.5 Volt.
b. Make sure the wiring in accordance with the same color when using an adapter cable if it is not appropriate because it will cause damage / konsleting.
c. Ensure supporting components such as COIL, KIPROK
(Rectifier Regulator) is Original Standard.
d. Make sure the length of Pick-up Pulser (bulge sensor) on the magnet (Fly Wheel) is the standard for the CDI has been programmed with a standard sensor projections condition.
